24 Hour Casualty
Life can be unpredictable and for those times when emergencies happen our casualty unit is there, 24/7, well-equipped to handle accidents and emergency situations.
Our professional, experienced medical team are there to ensure that every patient, whatever their condition, receives the highest level of emergency care.

Furnished in soft , inviting tones, our maternity unit provides moms and their babies with the highest level of care and attention in an environment that promotes calm and tranquillity.
Private and Semi-private Suites, ensuite bathrooms, jacuzzi and spa bath for water births and pain control, secure nursery with large viewing window and other unique elements work together with experienced, compassionate midwifes and staff to create an calming, bonding environment for mom and baby. The safe, secure newborn nursery is situated within the unit and is access controlled .
We offer a variety of other services which together help to provide parents and baby with information and services that will help to ensure that the birth of your baby is a memorable experience. These include breast-feeding education, childbirth preparation education, midwife-attended delivery, physician attended delivery, free 4D Scan, and unique hand crafted baby bag.
Dads are encouraged to share in the memorable and intimate experiences of a new baby which means moms get support and dads also share this special time with baby. We even have a double private suite so dad can stay.
Because we want to provide a comfortable safe and healing experience for mom and bay visiting is restricted and visitors are asked to abide by the visiting times.
Open visiting hours are from 15h00 to 16h00 and 19h00 – 20h00 daily. No children under the age of 12 are allowed except baby's siblings if accompanied by an adult. Visitors are limited to 4 per patient. Other visitors are encouraged to wait in our comfortable pause areas.
Dads can stay all day but are asked to leave by 21h00 to allow moms to get the rest they need.
Grandparents and baby’s siblings cuddle time is between 11h00 and 12h00 and from 16h00 to 16h30.

The paediatric ward‘s experienced paediatric nurses together with a playful, farmyard theme and overnight facilities for parents, ensure that a sick child receives the best care possible in a friendly , nurturing environment.
We believe that parents have an important role to play in their child’s care, because they know their needs best and therefore we encourage one parent to stay with their child. Each bed has a comfortable recliner.
Because we know that having a child in hospital is stressful and tiring, our Mom’s Lodge gives parents the opportunity to take a little time out when possible. There are facilities to shower and freshen up, a kitchenette with microwave and also self-service tea and coffee.
There is open visiting for parents and carers, but for all other visitors, visiting hours are from 11h00 to 12h00 and 15h00 to 16h00. As a general rule no visitors under the age of 12 are allowed in the unit.
To keep the children occupied, each ward has a bright fun play area and each bed has a TV with child-friendly programmes and a selection of DVD’s .

General Wards and Woman’s Health Unit
Designed with patient-comfort in mind, our unique ward configurations range from en-suite semi-private (two, three or four-beds) and private wards to luxurious apartment style, executive suites, providing patients with an added level of luxury and convenience.
All general wards are equipped with modern electric beds, and individual TV’s with DSTV.
Visiting is from 11h00 - 12h00, 15h00 to 16h00 and 19h00 – 20h00 daily. Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and visitors are limited to 3 per patient.
ICU and High Care
Visiting in the ICU’s and High care wards is strictly controlled for the patient’s well-being. Visiting hours are from 11h00 to 12h00, 15h00 to 16h00 and 19h00 to 20h00 and only 2 visitors are allowed per patient.
The IPOC Unit is a dedicated unit for our over 70's medical patients who need that little bit extra care and attention that is not easily given in busy a general ward. Visiting hours are between 11h00 and 20h00 so family members can pop in or stay and keep them company. The open plan layout means that patients can see the nursing staff and all beds are easily visible from the nurses station.
Special Care Units
Two special care units provide facilities to quarantine patients with infected diseases without affecting the running of the hospital. This sterile environment ensures that infected patients receive the highest quality care available without posing a threat to other patients, visitors or staff.
Park and ride with our golf cart. Our friendly driver is on hand to safely drive you to and from your car.
Café Java is situated on the ground floor and provides indoor and outdoor seating where you can enjoy refreshments, snacks or meals.
